Volume 2 is a continuation of the work we started with Volume 1. We have so many recipes and ideas we couldn’t fit a fraction into Volume 1, so, when we had a few spare minutes, we began work on Volume 2. The two go together as partners, one complimenting the other, and as time progresses we hope to add yet more to the series.

It contains the now legendary salted chocolate tart, the curried cauliflower fritter featured in our independent review as well as what we consider to be the definitive Christmas nut roast.
